From November 4th, MS Color Magic will sail on a modified timetable with goods and passengers. The passengers are remaining on board during the entire voyage, without disembarking in Kiel. MS Color Fantasy will be docked until the infection situation and government regulations are changed.

The reopening of society after Covid-19 will take time, and the infection situation both
internationally and nationally is still very demanding, Norwegian authorities report.

Essential freight traffic between Oslo and Kiel will be ensured with Color Magic and the
cargo ship MS Color Carrier, and with MS SuperSpeed 1 and 2 between Hirtshals, Larvik and Kristiansand, reports Color Line in a pressrelease.

- Reduction of capacity is unfortunately once again necessary, and it is crucial that the government and the Stortinget provide compensation schemes both this autumn and for next year," says Color Line CEO Trond Kleivdal.

Removing Color Fantasy from service will unfortunately mean that another 400 employees will temporarily be laid off.

Color Line is currently the only shipping company in the international passenger and freight trade to and from Norway with ships in the Norwegian Ordinary Ship Register, Norwegian ownership, and
Norwegian headquarters. Color Line has robust routines for infection control, and the company is the first in Norway to receive verification from DNV GL for systems to manage infection control on board
ships and in terminals.
