Almost 3 million passengers travel annually on Norway's busiest passenger ferry route between Oslo and Nesodden / Slemmestad.

The Nessodden ferry has been powered solely by electricity since 2019. The local ferry to Nesodden departs from Tingvallakaia at Aker Brygge.
