Oslo cruise attracts even Mickey MouseA few more cruise ships will be visiting Oslo this season than in 2009, in total 150 calls, while the number of passengers will be approximately the same as for last year's season - about 270 000. This season's first cruise ship arrived April 27th and the last one will depart from Oslo on September 20th. This summer even Mickey Mouse will enjoy a cruise to Oslo when Disney Cruises calls in Port of Oslo on June 14th and 26th and on July 8th and 20th. 25.06.2010
More...Teamlines Rotterdam-Oslo route via SpainOne of Team Lines NOR- Rotterdam routes has been linked to its SPA services connecting Bilbao. The Nor 3 Route now goes from Rotterdam Sunday, and takes a loop via Antwerpen to Bilbao on Wednesday, back to Rotterdam via Antwerp, before heading north to Gothenburg and arrives in Oslo at Sjursøya Container Terminal on Thursday. The train accident at SjursøyaThree persons were killed and three are injured after the fatal train accident at Sjursøya on Wednesday, March 24. The site is being cleared and the area is still closed. The port is open at seaside, but Ormsund Container Terminal are closed. We hope to have the terminal opened monday. We are working on reopening the railway traffic in the port area. Jet fuel normally transported to Oslo Airport gardermoen by train is now transported by tank lorries. 29.04.2010
