Yilport will open terminal on Sjursøya on February 4
The transfer of operations of the Sjursøya container terminal to Yilport Oslo entails a three day close of the terminal.
Officially Yilport will take over from February 1, but they will spend the time until February 4 to get their operations on track. Officially the gate will be closed, however Yilport will be working with the trucking community to systematically move cargo through the terminal.
Yilport will utilize advanced equipment and technology that is proven in other parts of the world, and provide best practice solutions in order to improve competitiveness.
- Our goal is to make Oslo the preferred port in Norway. We are looking forward to the opening of the container terminal, says Eryn Dinyovszky (picture), CEO at Yilport Oslo.
